Med Marine is a major Turkish shipbuilder and Turkey's leading tugboat operator, providing a broad range of services in towage, pilotage and mooring in the busiest ports of Turkey for over 30 years.
Med Marine's service areas include towage, pilotage, emergency response, salvage and wreck removal, pollution prevention, and fire-fighting. Its fleet consists of ASD type and conventional tugs ranging from 30TBP to 80TBP.
Med Marine exclusively employs Eregli Shipyard, one of the largest shipyards in Turkey, for building state-of-the-art technology tugboats, coated and Stainless Steel (STST) IMO II type chemical/oil tankers for its main operations and global clients.
Med Marine successfully completed the constructions and delivery of +200 projects including tugboats, chemical/oil tankers, mooring boats, pilot boats, ferries, and buoy tender vessels. Med Marine, having tugboats as its main line of production, is capable of building tugboats with up to 135 TBP, as well as mooring, work, pilot, and crew boats.
Med Marine is a member of European Tugowners Association since 1997, International Salvage Union (ISU) since 1998, and BIMCO since 2000. In addition, Med Marine was awarded ISO 9001 certification in January 2001 by BV. Moreover, in 2010, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 certificates have been achieved. Furthermore, Eregli Shipyard, owned by Med Marine Group, has received certifications for “Shipyard Security Compliance” and “Shipyard Production Compliance” certificates to build naval ships for Turkish Military and NATO.

Med Marine Headquarters
Located in the Beyoğlu district of Istanbul, the Med Marine Headquarters was built in 2003. It is a six-story office building with a total construction area of 1,564.42 m².
Colony Shopping Center
Situated in the Sefaköy district of Istanbul, the Colony Shopping Center was built in 2003. It has a total indoor area of 32,000 m².
Ereğli Shipyard
Completed in 2004, Ereğli Shipyard, part of Med Marine Group, has undertaken numerous projects in tugboats and chemical tankers for both Med Marine's own fleet and international clients. One of the largest shipyards in Türkiye, Ereğli Shipyard covers approximately 180,000 sqm, including over 30,000 sqm of indoor space dedicated to building state-of-the-art tugboats, workboats, offshore vessels, and coated/Stainless Steel (STST) IMO II type chemical/oil tankers. The facilities serve both its own operations and clients worldwide. The shipyard features 55,000 sqm of covered workshop space with high ceilings and overhead cranes, as well as 3,200 sqm of office, dining, and social facilities across three modern, air-conditioned buildings.
Med Marine Maslak Plaza
Located in the Sarıyer district of Istanbul, this is an office building constructed in 2006, with a total of 14 floors and a construction area of 4,350 sqm.
Tarabya Şen Apartment
Located in the Tarabya district of Istanbul, this is a five-story apartment building constructed in 2011, with a total construction area of 1,356 sqm.
Med Marine Tuncer Şen Science High School
As part of the Ministry of National Education's "100% Support for Education Campaign", Med Marine Holding constructed a school in Körfez, Kocaeli in 2019, which was then transferred to the Ministry of National Education. The school features 24 classrooms, a gymnasium, a conference hall, and physics and chemistry laboratories. It is situated on a property of 3,637 sqm, with a total enclosed area of 6,800 sqm.
Pakize Şirin Şen Kızılay Kindergarten
Pakize Şirin Şen Kızılay Kindergarten, established in November 2021, is part of the "81 Provinces 81 Kindergartens" project. Its vision is to provide an education that supports children's development, emphasizes scientific knowledge and artistic activities, draws inspiration from nature, and fosters creativity. The kindergarten operates with 9 teachers and includes 1 playroom, 4 classrooms, and 1 dining area.
